Mother Modern Plumbing is hiring top LATAM sales talent to help convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our Texas-based plumbing company.
We’re looking for candidates with:
✅ Inbound sales representative experience
✅ Sales or appointment-setting experience
✅ C1/C2 English level, strong spoken English is required
✅ Experience in inbound sales calls, customer service with sales goals, or lead follow-up
✅ Home services, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, solar, real estate, insurance, or BPO sales experience is a strong plus
✅ Strong communication and objection-handling skills
✅ Availability for evening shifts, night shifts, and weekends
Compensation:
Up to $1,500 USD/month base salary
Top performers can earn up to $2,000 USD/month with commissions
100% remote | Full-time

This role is ideal for someone persuasive, energetic, disciplined, and comfortable speaking with U.S. customers.
